Charles W. Carver
Charles graduated Magna Cum Laude from St. Edward's University in Austin, Texas with a degree in International Relations. He then worked as a journalist in Amman, Jordan and lived in London, United Kingdom. He has worked with international NGOs and advocated for commercial and cultural exchange. After serving as the aide for a lobbyist and high ranking government official, Charles attended Texas Tech School of Law. There he served as an officer in several student organizations and an associate editor of the Journal of Biosecurity, Biosafety and Biodefense Law. He has served as a Law Clerk with the Harris County Public Defender, Lubbock City Attorney, and the Travis County Prosecutor's office. He has served as a municipal prosecutor across central Texas.

Charles is concurrently serving as an associate municipal judge in Bastrop, Texas.
