Charles graduated Magna Cum Laude from St. Edward's University in Austin, Texas with a degree in International Relations. He then worked as a journalist in Amman, Jordan and lived in London, United Kingdom. He has worked with international NGOs and advocated for commercial and cultural exchange. After serving as the aide for a lobbyist and high ranking government official, Charles attended Texas Tech School of Law. There he served as an officer in several student organizations and an associate editor of the Journal of Biosecurity, Biosafety and Biodefense Law. He has served as a Law Clerk with the Harris County Public Defender, Lubbock City Attorney, and the Travis County Prosecutor's office. He has served as a municipal prosecutor across central Texas.
Charles is passionate about his practice and his clients. The Law Office of C.W. Carver, PLLC hosts an office environment that openly invites clients to have direct access to their attorney. C.W. Carver, PLLC is a smaller more intimate practice where clients will benefit from personalized service.
Charles has turned his hobby for vintage vespa refurbishment and classic vehicles into a uniquely Austin office, the first law office run out of an Airstream.
